1. The Site is information, not medical advice

Everything on this Site is provided for general information and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and ANAVA Clinics or any clinician associated with us.

Do not rely on the Site to make decisions about your health. Always consult a qualified medical practitioner about your own circumstances. Please read our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

If you are in a medical emergency, or you are at risk of harming yourself, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use this Site or a web form to seek emergency help.

2. Who may use the Site

You may use the Site if you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and view the Site for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the Site, whether by automated means or otherwise;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our software platform, or any server, system or network connected to them;
• introduce any virus, malware or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Site;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access control measure;
• impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Site or our platform.

4. Information you submit

Where you submit an enquiry, register your interest, or otherwise send us information through the Site, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. If you submit information about another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so.

Please do not submit detailed clinical history or sensitive health information through a web form. Share only what is needed to allow us to respond; we will arrange a secure channel or a consultation for anything more.

We handle information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability of services and clinics

Descriptions of services, treatments, clinics and locations on the Site are indicative and subject to change. In particular:

• Registering your interest does not create any entitlement to treatment, to an appointment, or to any particular timeline.
• Whether any treatment is appropriate for you can only be determined by a qualified clinician after assessment.
• Availability of a particular device, protocol or modality may change.

Nothing on the Site is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of any clinical outcome.

Bookings, payments and refunds. Appointments, assessments and payments are managed through our online portal at app.anavaclinics.com. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled slot; refunds are processed as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, interface designs, the ANAVA name and logo, and the software underlying the Site and our platform — are owned by ANAVA Clinics Private Limited or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property laws. No right or licence is granted to you except the limited right of access described in section 3.

Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to third-party websites, studies or resources. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control third-party sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

8. Accuracy and no warranties

We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and current, including references to clinical evidence. However, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty, express or implied, that:

• the Site or its content is complete, accurate, current or free from error;
• the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of viruses; or
• any information on the Site is suitable for your particular circumstances.

Scientific understanding of neuromodulation continues to develop. Content that was accurate when published may be superseded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANAVA Clinics Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, or your reliance on any content on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These limitations apply to your use of the Site; they do not limit any duty of care owed to a patient in the course of clinical services actually provided.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANAVA Clinics Private Limited against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

11. Suspension and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We may also restrict or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to any right you may have to approach a consumer forum or a statutory authority.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer and Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site.
